Refund policy

Within 30 days of online purchase, Twilight House accepts the return of full-priced, unworn, unused, unaltered merchandise, in its original packaging, with tickets & garment labels attached.  The actual cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Holiday purchases made from November thru December are accepted for 60 days or thru January 15 of the following year (whichever is later).

To start a return, you can contact us at info@twilighthouseofsalem.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Returns are processed when our returns department receives the item(s). Refunds for eligible returned merchandise will be issued original back method of payment. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

ALL APPAREL AND COFFEE MUGS MADE ON DEMAND, not returnable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues

We have a 7-day exchange policy. Please contact us at info@twilighthouseofsalem.com
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. You must return your item(s) and place a new order. Or you can visit the Twilight House store for an exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
